      R.Šeris is leaving his position of Director of Lintel

      Remigijus Šeris, Director of Lintel, a company belonging to TEO Group, has decided to leave this position from the 16th of August and to withdraw from TEO Group.

      The company will be temporarily headed by Gediminas Mažeika, Director of Sales Project Management and Service Development Department at Lintel. Lintel intends to seek a new Director through a process.

      "For many years, Lintel has been a leader in its field and a company successfully developing its business activities. R.Šeris, who led the company for more than 4 years, has also made a very significant contribution to this success", - Darius Gudačiauskas, Chairman of the Board of Lintel, said.

      According to him, Lintel will strive to remain the market leader in providing customer care and sales services to businesses with large customer flows and the public sector. Also, there will be a big challenge lying in store for the new Director of the company to lead the project, during which TEO customer care by phone will be improved.

      "23 years of working for TEO Group is really a long enough period of time, after which I am determined for significant changes and future challenges", - R.Šeris said.

      Lintel belongs to TEO Group and runs the largest, in terms of business volumes, and the most modern, in terms of technologies and management, network of contact centres in Lithuania. The company provides the Directory Inquiry Service 118, and to business customers - remote customer care solutions, sales and telemarketing services.
